Phil Newman, CEO, founded PST in 2006 with Paul Winterling, Matthew Righter and Sheldon Newman. Phil worked closely with the development staff to design the current architecture of the PST website and will continue to map out the architecture and functionalities of future releases. Phil sees major changes on the horizon for sports training businesses and organizations. Having been an owner of a regional sports training business, Phil has real experience with what the industry needs. Phil sees an "unrealized value" out there for sports training businesses which revolves around increased revenues and profits, innovative training methods, instructor and business productivity, and effective expansion.

Phil Newman orchestrated, along with his fellow founders, the relationships with PST's rapidly growing client-base, eFieldhouse, its soon to be released "in-browser video editing system," growing flagship accounts, and strategic business advisors. The company continues to grow under Phil and he is looking forward to a bright future with PST.
