Paul Winterling, VP of Operations and Co-Founder of PST, has been working closely with Phil Newman, Matt Righter, and Sheldon Newman on developing the Company’s philosophies and direction. Paul will be managing the field-testing rollouts of each individual release and working directly with PST's users group. His expertise in knowing the product only gives our support and sales staff the edge it needs to be successful. Paul has worked alongside Phil Newman in the development process for the BEST™ process. In addition to assisting in development, Paul has also networked heavily to bring highly qualified staff members to the PST family, and he will continue to develop these contacts moving forward. Paul played an integral role in developing the ideas for the PST BEST™ systems.

Paul, a two-time pre-season All American and graduate of Johns Hopkins University, signed a free agent contract with the Baltimore Orioles in 2005. As an outfielder, Paul made it as high as Single A baseball with the Frederick Keys, where he helped lead the team to a Carolina League Championship.
